Other players often confirm the spot there within minutes. Mention the date and, if you can, a screenshot.

## Premium, billing and your account

Payments go through Stripe. You can change or cancel your plan yourself from [your account](https://madamnazar.io/account). For a refund, an invoice or a sign-in problem, email [contact@lucasbonomi.com](mailto:contact@lucasbonomi.com) from the address you signed up with.
